As soon as we have received your order, we will get started immediately!

All our jewelry is handmade by our goldsmiths. And most jewelry can be personalized. The delivery time therefore differs per piece of jewelry. In each product description, the exact delivery time is stated. As an indication: the average delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Shipping

As soon as the jewelry is ready, we will send it to you by post. All jewelry is sent in a beautiful LALOLA jewelry box in which you can store the jewelry.

When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an e-mail from us with the track and trace. We send all orders by registered post with PostNL. A signature will be required for receipt. The shipping time within the Netherlands is 1 working day and within Europe 2-5 working days. 

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €100,00 within the Netherlands.
