When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an e-mail from us with the track and trace. We send all orders by registered post with PostNL. A signature will be required for receipt. The shipping time within the Netherlands is 1 working day and within Europe 2-5 working days.
We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €175,00 within the Netherlands.
All our jewelry is handmade by our goldsmiths. And most jewelry can be personalized. The delivery time therefore differs per piece of jewelry. In each product description, the exact delivery time is stated. As an indication: the average delivery time is 2-3 working days. If you want to receive your order faster than the standard delivery time, please contact us. We will then look at the possibilities to deliver your order earlier.

We indicate with each piece of jewelry whether or not you can return it (view product description). Products that can be returned (view product description), can be returned within 14 days of receipt. How? Send an e-mail to: info@lalolajewelry.com and we will send you a return form. You can order new satin cords on our page satin cords. We will send the cords together with a DIY instruction “how to tie a satin cord”. If you can’t make it yourself or you have a question, please contact us.
Yes that is possible! You just cannot do this yourself, but our goldsmiths are happy to do this for you. How does it work? Buy a new pendant in our webshop. When you have placed an order, we will send you an email with instructions how to return your necklace to our address. After we have received your necklace, we will send it back to you completely within 2-3 working days.
You can take a photo of your design and send it to us in two ways:
1. Upload the photo during the ordering process;
2. Email the photo to info@lalolajewelry.com. Don't forget to mention your order number.
Please note: your own design must be on a blank white background.
If you have your own chosen font, we would like to receive it together with your design.

Have you ordered a piece of jewelry with a fingerprint? During the ordering process you can upload the fingerprint.
Please note, the fingerprint must be on a blank white background.
If it is not possible to take a fingerprint yourself, we will send you a DIY manual together with an ink strip by post. With the help of it, you can easily create a fingerprint. After this you can send the card to us in two ways:
1. Take a sharp photo (or scan) of the fingerprints and upload the photo during the ordering process;
2. Take a sharp photo (or scan) of the fingerprints and email the photo to info@lalolajewelry.com. Don't forget to mention your order number.
