We indicate with each piece of jewelry whether or not you can return it (view product description). 

Products that can be returned (view product description), can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We accept returns within 14 days. Please note: Returns are for your own account.

Conditions for returns:

1. The package must be provided with a completely filled in return form. Without a return form we cannot accept your return.
2. In case of return, we recommend that you keep the track & trace code until you have received an email from us that your return has arrived.
3. The product must be unworn.
4. The package must be returned in the original jewelry box.

After receipt and approval, we will refund the paid amount within 5 working days.
